Market is the essence of enterprises; marketing is the centre of the modern enterprise competition. With the growing competition in domestic and oversea market, as well as the ever-fierce marketing war, various marketing ways emerges. At the same time, enterprises are also working to manage its marketing in a more scientific and effective way.Entering the 21st century, with the arrival of knowledge-based economy and the rapid development of high-tech industries, project management has been gradually applied to commerce and education, military, government and other organizations. The advantages of project management are fully opened, which fundamentally improved the efficiency of the enterprises management.Based on the analysis of trends of enterprise project management and its advantages, while having studied the existing problems of marketing management nowadays; this thesis analyzed the combination of project management and marketing management, put forward the viewpoint of applying the modern project management theory and methods into marketing Management. And answered the question of how to implement the projected marketing management by studying the logic business running, organizational structure, the implementation process.In the end of this article, according to the resistance that domestic enterprises may meet in the implementation of projected management, and from the aspects of establishing well-managed system of project management implementation and perfectly implement the project stratagem, this article put forward specific measures to enhance the maneuverability of new marketing method.
