Social Capital Of The Internationalization Of Smes Performance

With the development of economic globalization, more and more SMEs participate in the international marketing. But the SMEs of our country how to meet the need of international business for their limited resources, the academic research of social capital provides ways. This paper puts froward the model of organizational social capital affecting SMEs' internationalization performance through the sum-up of international and domestic research. From the perspective of organizational social capital, this paper analysises the resources brought from organizational social capital for SMEs' internationalization, and analysises the influence of the resources on SMEs' internationalization performance.This paper discusses the organizational social capital can affect SMEs' internationalization performance of our country from three latitudes including lengthways relationship capital, transverse relationship capital and social relationship capital by the acquisition of information, knowedge and fund with the questionnaire survey of 114 SMEs in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai areas. The conclusions of this paper are as follow: organizational lengthways relationship capital has positive impact on resources acquisition of SME of our country; organizational transverse relationship capital has partly positive impact on resources acquisition of SME of our country; organizational social relationship capital has positive impact on resources acquisition of SME of our country; with the same condition, acquisition of resourc (acquisition of information, knowedge and fund) have positive impact on SMEs' internationalization performance.
