With the development of economic globalization, more and more SMEs participate in the international marketing. The internationalization of enterprises help them to seek greater market, to search the better resources and more opportunities. As the environment becomes increasingly complex, the professional knowledge and skills of a single senior management does not cope with the complex tasks. Therefore, the senior management can achieve higher performance by TMT.In the intense market competition, SMEs become to be more and more aware of the importance of organization learning, it can be adopted as a new standard of the competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, Top Management Team (TMT)who assume the mission of strategy formulation and implementation is vital to the business performance and organizational development. This paper puts forward the model of TMT social capital affecting SMEs' internationalization performance by the organization learning, the academic research of social capital provides ways. This paper puts forward the model of TMT social capital affecting SMEs' internationalization performance through the sum-up of international and domestic research. From the perspective of social capital, this paper analyses the influence of TMT social capital on organization learning and the impact of organizational learning on the internationalization performance.This paper discusses the TMT social capital can affect SMEs' internationalization performance from three latitudes including structural social capital, the related social capital and the cognitive social capital by the organization learning which include the commitment to learning , shared vision and open-mindedness with the questionnaire survey of 137 SMEs. The conclusions of this paper are as follow: structural social capital has positive impact on the organization learning and the internationalization performance; related social capital has positive impact on the organization learning and the internationalization performance; cognitive social capital has positive impact on the organization learning and the internationalization performance. What's more, organization learning operate the media function between the TMT social capital and the internationalization performance.
