Taguchi Quality Control In Small Batch Production Process

With the development of modern manufacturing industry, traditional unitary-breed, huge-batch, rigid production has been already changed to multi-breeds, few-batch, high-accuracy flexible production. At the same time, the concept of concentrating on process has also deeply rooted into people's heart. But in few-batch field, traditional process control methods are confronted with the difficulty of that the insufficient number leads to weakening of statistical characteristics.Specifically for hereof, based on Taguchi on-line quality control theory which sets off from economy angle, this thesis researches its application in few-batch field.The primo, this thesis has summarized the current researching situation about on-line quality control theory. And by the confirmation on the definition of few-batch, this thesis has compared stretching of various theories in few-batch field.Secondly, output feedback control method in Taguchi on-line quality control theory which is fit for quality characteristic with measurable data type has been emphasized. And the advantages of applying it to few-batch field has been theoretically analyzed.Then, with surveying of background scientific research project, this thesis has verified advantages of Taguchi on-line quality control by demonstration. And with the problems which appeared in experiments, this thesis further consummates the theory, and adjusts the operation flow. In demonstration, quality loss function has been founded to experimental process, optimum process control scheme has been calculated out, and Taguchi feedback control chart has been protracted for monitoring. The results indicates that, process control cost has notably reduced, and process capability has notably increased.Finally, this thesis has primarily researched the valuation of economy and validity of process control effect. Emphases is the confirmation of evaluate indexes, not construction of evaluate system.
