| Whit the development of market economy and increasingly intensification of competition, the speed of product updating becomes faster and faster. The ability of product development is one of the key factors of the survival and development of enterprises. So the optimal organization method of product development is highly important to a company.Through the summary and theoretical studies on the organization method of product development process at home and abroad, we found that single theory and method cannot satisfy a corporation’s requirements, but the union of several theory and methods which had complementary advantages was obviously effective. The present condition of product development in company X was analysed, and several problems were found out, such as long period, high cost, low success rate etc. Then the total improvement plan on the organization method of product development process was put forward. One of the improvement measures was correct understanding of customer demands applicating of QFD;the other was optimization of product development process using Taguchi Method. Safeguard measures of the optimization plan were also proposed.In the paper, improvement plan was implemented with the case study of auxiliary N development. Firstly, applicating the theory of QFD to obtain customer requirements information, custom reqirements were transformed into quality characteristic through the establishment of the house of quality, and key factors affecting product quality were found, critical processes were also determined. Then, experiment scheme is designed and crucial procedures including distillation and hydrosis were optimized using Taguchi Method. Relevant experiments were carried out, S/N ratio was analysed, so optimal factors and levels were reached.The reseach of this paper not only could improve product development level of company X, but also had certain promotional and reference significance for the enterprises of same trade. |
