Based on personal understand of program management concept and key successful elements, we carried out a case analysis on BC corporation program management practices for advantage summarization & improvement opportunities seeking by this article. BC Corporation is leading joint venture companies come from Europe with fortune 500 backgrounds. It initiate capital investment program group for productivity & market expansion base on acquired business in China, and adopt program management system for benefit maximum.
