A Study On Integration System Management Of Construction Project Of CNOOC

Contemporary project management (PM) is an open and developing science system. It is not only a science but also a art. But in more time, it is a behavioral art rather than quantity analysis. Now, most PM is in a kind of independent stage. From the development tendency, PM needs cycle life control to achieve projects'integrated management, and needs integrated technology, multipath, Concurrent Engineering to achieve Interconnection of work flows, highly integration of business data. So PM has an inevitable development tendency of integration.When the research on project integration management is stressed, a proper organism of optimization should be set for the integration management at the same time. This paper analysis the following aspects of offshore oil projects: 1.Organization and coordination; 2.Three-element coordination and whole-course Period coordination; and 3.The organism of optimization. In order to demonstrate and illustrate the coordination and optimization management for the offshore oil projects, the research of this paper is based on the North Peak Project of the Zhonghai Offshore JZ20-2 Segregation Gas Field. This paper will improve the success rates of how to run an offshore oil project in a more centralized and optimal way, and therefore put forward the systematic application of optimization management in this field.
