Hunan Nonferrous Metals Industrial Development Of Circular Economy

Recycling economy may trace to the middle of 1960s. But until 1980-1990, with the aggravation of global environment question and sinking of the sustainable development idea deep into the hearts of people, the recycling economic idea gradually aroused the high attention of many governments and people. At present, Hunan Province is in the the crucial phase of structure adjustment and accelerated development, if it continues the traditional way of economical development and continues to use the coarse "high consumption, high energy consumptionand high pollution" development pattern, and uses primarily the end treatment environmental protection measures, all these will only hinder the modernization of Hunan and ends up affecting the sustainable development of the economy. By carrying out the research of this topic, we can promote the development of recycling economy in our province, it is in accordance with the trend of domestic and foreign development of recycling economy, and it conforms to the requirement of implementing the sustainable development strategy of our province, thus it has vital practical significance and profound historical significance.This paper analyzes the meaning of recycling economy and the domestic and foreign research status of recycling economy. It discourses upon the development status of Hunan non-ferrous metal industry by theoretical research work. It shows the necessity of carrying out the research of strategies for developing Hunan non-ferrous metal recycling economy. It expounds in detail the current status of Hunan non-ferrous metal recycling economy. It puts forward the major problems in developing recycling economy for Hunan non-ferrous metal at present. It also establishes theoretical basis for analysis in the paper.Through above research, it prompts my strategic consideration of developing Hunan non-ferrous metal recycling economy, from the sustainable development angle, it carries out preliminary exploration ofof the development measures of Hunan non-ferrous metal recycling economy.
