Research On Financial Sustainable Development Of Non-Ferrous Metal Resource Enterprises

With the development of social economy,the scarcity of non-ferrous metal as non renewable resources has become a key factor affecting the development of enterprises.Non-ferrous metal resource-based enterprises are relying on non-ferrous metal resources for processing and marketing products of traditional industrial enterprises.In the uncertain global economy,it is particularly important for non-ferrous metal enterprises to expand their capacity through their own sustainable development,and to tap their potential to develop and grow.Even in the rapid development of the new energy industry,the development of traditional non-ferrous metal resource-based enterprises can not be ignored.By studying the sustainable development of non-ferrous metal resource-based enterprises,we can further understand the development of non-ferrous metal resources enterprises in China.Therefore,this paper studies the sustainable development of non-ferrous metal resource listed companies from the financial point of view,in order to analyze the status of the sustainable development of such enterprises,and then put forward some useful countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the industry.The content of this article is divided into six chapters.The details are as follows:In the first chapter,we introduce the background and significance of the study.It includes the research ideas and methods of this article,so that readers can have a clear understanding of the logical context of this article,and then carry out the specific research content in this article,and then make a literature review on the theory of sustainable development and the theory of enterprise financial sustainable development.It mainly focuses on the definition,connotation and denotation of the theory of sustainable development of enterprises and the theory of sustainable development of finance.In the second chapter,the related concepts and related basic theories are introduced.The first is to define the definition and characteristics of non-ferrous metal resource enterprises discussed in this paper.Two is to analyze the sustainable growth rate of enterprises from the quantitative point of view,and the three is to analyze and compare the characteristics of different life cycle stages of enterprises through the overview of the enterprise life cycle theory.In the third chapter,the present situation of the financial sustainable development in the non-ferrous metal industry is analyzed from three aspects of the industry development status,the influencing factors and the analysis framework,and the analysis framework and foundation for the specific case analysis of the fourth chapters are set up.The analysis of the sustainable growth model of enterprises and the special life cycle of non-ferrous metal resource enterprises is put forward,which is mainly to provide an application tool for the analysis and evaluation of the sustainable development of Yunnan copper industry.In the fourth chapter,we use the case analysis method to select Yunnan copper as a case company to study the general situation and problems of its financial sustainable development.On the basis of the theory of sustainable development and the theory of life cycle,this paper mainly analyzes the six aspects of its operating capability,debt paying ability,profitability,cash flow,growth capacity and comprehensive financial ability from the financial perspective,and draws conclusions through the above analysis,which is a part of the sustainable financial development of Yunnan copper industry.Paving the way for analysis and evaluation.In the fifth chapter,according to the analysis of the financial sustainable development of the case of Yunnan copper industry,according to the problems existing in the enterprise,through induction and summary,combined with the industry background and characteristics,from the two levels of strategy and tactics,the financial sustainable development of China's non-ferrous metal resource enterprises is further proposed.The countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the sixth chapter is a summary of this article.This chapter expounds the main research results and conclusions of this paper,and summarizes the limitations and shortcomings of this study,and makes a prospect for the research in this paper,in order to be able to be improved and applied in theory and practice.
