There are highly complementary in the agricultural trade between China and Japan.In recent years, China's agricultural trade with Japan has maintained a rising trend. Now, Japan is China's the biggest agricultural product export areaThere are so many important problems to be solved including how to expand China's exports of agricultural products to Japan furtherly, Upgrading China's export competitiveness of agricultural products and expanding the import marketing share of Chinese agricultural product in Japan . The real example analysis about the influence factor on the agricultural product export from China to Japan are the foundation to make reasonable and pointed decision to promote Chinese agricultural product export to Japan.There are two fields of innovations in this paper. Firstly ,the topic is novel because though the study on the China-Japan agricultural trade is hot now, there are few researchs about the effect factor to China-Japan agricultural trade.Secondly, the application of research methods is novel. The previous studies focuse primarily on the general description of the phenomenon. Some factors are quantified in this paper with the empirical testing methods.This paper adapts the method of combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis and builds a reasonable econometric model to have a positive study on various influence factor with relevance,smooth test,cointegration test and Granger test. Though studying ,we find that the most notable influence factors on the agricultural product export trade from China to Japan are such factors: exchange rate,Japanese domestic food demand,Chinese agricultural GDP and WTO. According to the conclusion of the study , we put forword useful policy suggestions. Firstly, we should attract Japanese invest in agricultural field with effective measures. Secondly, The export companiese should take notable marketing measures according to features of Japanese food consume model.
