| Along with the development of the worldwide economic globalization, there are more and more Chinese private enterprises stepping on the road of international operation. The international operations of Chinese private enterprises are still in the initial stage Jacking of international experiences, and performances are different. At the same time, because of the late start and less correlating research, it is necessary to build indicators to measure the performances and sum up some correlating influencing factors to enhance the international operation performances of Chinese private enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the status of international operation performances of Chinese private enterprises from the aspects of import, export, foreign investment, international strategic model and its performance. Then, on the base of literatures, through the theoretical analysis, this paper chooses the variables of the overseas core business revenue growth rate (JWZZ), the income of overseas primary business / enterprise core business revenue (JWZT) and the amount of income of overseas primary business (JWSR) as the International operation performance indicators, and chooses 21 inner influencing factors. The paper chooses 147 private enterprises as samples, analyses the 21 inner influencing factors by factor analysis and get 7 common factors. The commom factors are payoff ability f1,the sasset-interest turnover ability f2,the vocation-debt redemption ability f3,the sset-fund redemption ability f4,the enterprise size f5,the stock growing ability f6,the enterprise income-asset growing ability f7.Then,the paper analyses JWZZ,JWZT and JWSR by regression analysis and get the conclusion that the factors influencing JWZZ are f5,f2,f4 and f6,the factors influencing JWZT are f2 and f3, the factors influencing JWZT are f1 and f7.On these bases, the paper gives some advices on policy making and operating strategy to efficiently enhance the private enterprises' performances. |
