As the fast development of both global economics and the mode of supply chain management, it brings the Chinese automotive industry both opportunities and challenges, and the importance of strategic partnership between automotive manufacturers and their accessories suppliers becomes more and more obvious. facing the development tendency of automobile industry with global competition intense day by day, it is the focus of automobile manufacturers learn to appraise and select partners scientifically, all-around and effectively, and later establishes favorable partnership.After has analyzed particularly the automobile profession supply chain's framework and the characteristic of automobile spare part supplier management, the paper expounds the important role of spare part supplier management in automobile profession supply chain's management. Utilizing classifying management principle, it designs a set of classifying index system in the light of influence degree of spare part and has designed the quantitative classified method to different category spare parts, and then proposes evaluating and choosing tactic of automobile spare part supplier based on classifying, and designs evaluating and choosing flow about the most important automobile spare part supplier. Based on synthesizing the existing research results and following the certain mentality and principle, unifying the automobile profession competition environment and the spare part supplier's characteristic, this paper establishes a set of evaluation target system which including the provider' quality controlling capability, product & service competition capability, cooperating capability, development capability, management capability as well as provider competition capability 6 first class target factors and 23 second class targets factors by means of literature research and expert visitation. It is more suitable to the automobile profession spare part supplier evaluation in our country. Considering qualitative and quantitative appraising index together and introducing fuzzy optimization theory, the paper sets up auto-parts suppliers' fuzzy optimization selection model, which provide a dependable way for selecting suitable auto-parts supplier. Finally, taking Changsha BOSCH company as example and based on the previous methods, the paper applied the fuzzy optimization theory to evaluate and select the starter engine accessories suppliers using the criteria achieved above. It's verified the applicability and feasibility of both the evaluating criteria and the method.Aiming to the actuality and problem of auto-parts suppliers' evaluation and selection of domestic and foreign, the paper uses modern management theory and mathematical techniques to establish a set of auto-parts suppliers' evaluation and selection theoretical framework that suits our national condition and with strong operation. it is very important applying value and realistic meaning for automobile manufacturer to appraise and select provider scientifically, and to upgrade the whole automotive supply chain's competition capability.
