Supply chain collaboration is the senior form and the ultimate goal of supply chain management development. The supplier selection is the key issue in supply chain collaboration research. A good supplier can provide high quality products for manufacturers. It can achieve synchronization operation with the manufacturer and reduce costs, using good information technology. Meanwhile, it can reduce the bullwhip effect and improve flexibility of the whole supply chain. The automobile parts supplier selection has the characteristics of a long life cycle, many supplier evaluation index, much number of suppliers, strict evaluation and complex process. The automobile manufacturers should choose the strategic supplier and establish long-term relationship from its long-term interests in the supply chain collaboration.In traditional parts supplier selection process, the automobile manufacturers often only pay attention to the index of price, quality and transportation, and ignore cooperation ability affecting the long-term relationship. At present, the number of the auto parts supplier is huge. The same kind of parts may be provided by hundreds of companies. In the existing literature, it tend to focus on the method research of the supplier evaluation stage, but rarely gives the method of suppliers preliminary screening when automobile manufacturer faces a lot of suppliers. The Existing supplier evaluation methods assume that the same level of index are independent of each other, such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP), case-based reasoning (CBR), etc. In fact, they may influence each other. In the traditional economic order model, it only considers the profit of one part, this is contrary with the supply chain collaboration thought and against maintaining long-term strategic partner relationship Based on the above problems, this paper makes the following research.This paper firstly establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of the automobile parts strategic supplier selection, and uses the measurement method of 2 for large parts suppliers preliminary screening.This method delete the suppliers which do not comply with requirements, in order to improve the efficiency of strategic supplier evaluation stage.Then, automobile manufacturer can evaluate qualified suppliers and choice long-term cooperative strategic suppliers. This paper uses DEMATEL method to determine the weight of every evaluation index and uses TOPSIS method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of each parts suppliers. It proves that this method is effective and practical through an example.Finally, in order strategy model, based on double layers planning method, I establish the bi-level programming model. The automobile manufacturer gets optimal order strategy through the random simulation genetic algorithm. This method makes both get the maximum profits and reaches the win-win goal requirements.
