| As an important part of global automobile industry,the Chinese automobile industry developed out from zero,from small to large,and is gradually going to achieve the transition to be strong.The global automobile industry shift to some of the emerging economies,including China,which is both opportunities and challenges for the Chinese automobile industry.Automobile manufacturing is a typical assembly production,they need to purchase a large number of auto parts.The cost of outsourcing auto parts usually accounted for 70%-80%about the total cost of car,and the quality of parts and logistics etc had a serious impact on the operating efficiency of automobile manufacturers.Therefore,what kind of auto part suppliers to be selected as a partner is a 'very important work for the automobile manufacturers,the basis of auto part suppliers selection is the correct evaluation of auto part supplier,gradually establish a set of scientific,reasonable and practical supplier evaluation system is a continuous and significant work of Car manufacturers.Based on the theory of supplier evaluation and the actual situation of Chongqing Li fan Automobile Company,this paper is going to optimize the evaluation system of Li fan Automobile Company.The result shows that the optimized Li fan supplier evaluation system is more suitable for the company's evaluation work of strategic supplier.Firstly,the paper did a comprehensive study about the basic theory of supplier evaluation.The main content of the study is supplier classification and supplier relationship management,the methods of supplier evaluation had been compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages and practicability of the methods are being analyzed too.Secondly,this paper makes an objective analysis on the evaluation of suppliers of Li fan Automobile Company,and summarized the insufficiency of the evaluation system and methods of the auto part suppliers about Li fan Automobile Company,optimized and improved the auto part supplier evaluation procedure of Li fan Automobile Company.At the same time,the paper put forward a set of comprehensive and practical evaluation system of auto part supplier based on the actual situation of the evaluation of the auto part supplier of Li fan Automobile Company.The system covers seven aspects of the content,like quality control,cost control,delivery capacity,production capacity,technology development capability,financial capability and human resource control.It comprehensively reflects the company's inspection factors for the auto part supplier,these works provide the feasible basis for the auto part supplier evaluation of Li fan Automobile Company.Thirdly,based on the auto part supplier evaluation index system,the paper had combining the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method and considering the actual situation of the supplier evaluation of Li fan Automobile Company,taking the fuzzy network analysis method(FANP)as the method to realize the comprehensive evaluation of three potential auto part suppliers.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,accurately select the best supplier as a strategic partner.At last,the paper give summarizes of the whole thesis and puts forward the further research direction of the evaluation and selection of the auto parts supplier of Li fan Automobile Company. |
