On The Sustainable Development Strategy To Achieve The Way

Circular economy is a new economic development model found in the tradition of mankind forward on the road of industrialization into difficulties, which built on the harmony between humans and nature on the basis of the concept.This article first inspecting the historical background, the concept, the operating principle of circular economy, and the representative practice results have achieved in the developed countries in the world. Then the article explore the necessity and urgency to take circular economy in the process of China's modernization in taking the road of sustainable development strategy, and analysis the favorable and unfavorable conditions in material reality and ideology during the development of China's circular economy, and studied the partial and preliminary results in the country of the circular economy.Finally, as the outstanding point of this paper, the author discusses implementation of the circular economy appears as one aspect transformation of the social life, but actually, it is the relationship to the social fact of a political, economic, scientific, technological and cultural areas, and all-round system renovation project. So we have a long and arduous journey to cover if we want to complete the circular economy transformation finally, particularly involving the whole of the market economy into the track of circular economy and change our way of life.
