Multinational has become the main power of global economy. Its operation and financial situation determine its country's economic development directly. However, the key issue for the operation of a multinational is management. The main problems existing in its management are as below:high centralization of capital and technology in parent company;short-term employee;unfair allotment. To solve the above problems, the authors deems that it should start with the property of human capital, confirm the property of human capital first, connect the company management theory, break through the traditional management theory, which bases on the physical capital, and then, create the new multinational management mode:capital-capital management modeIn the opinion of the author,as the development of the productivity, the physical capital has become the second important elements in production, but the human capital is becoming or will become the first important element.Due to the power of the traditional theory, physical capital was thought to have property without any doubt. However, the author thinks that property right is the core of all rights. It is the function of element in the economic development not the traditional theory that determines the core right. The unchangeable is change. Our social reality has changed, Being as it principle summary, the theory should change accordingly, otherwise, the theory should be called fallacy. The author bravely put forward the capital=capital management mode which bases on the human capital in multinational connecting company management theory. This theory adopts the methods of literature, illation and theory bases on practice to realize the research goal—create the right-fight management mode.
