As the main power of the development of the rural economy, the agriculture cooperation mainly serves "three-dimensional rural issues" ( the agriculture, the country, the peasants). Whether good or bad of its management conditions, which on the one hand influence itself development and its market competitiveness microcosmically ;on the other hand, the management conditions also influence all kinds of the disposition efficiency of rural resources and the rural economic growth macroscopically.In other words, the effective running of the agriculture cooperation directly affects the stability and development of China's whole country. The scientific and effective corporate governance structure is the most important factor influencing the management of the agriculture cooperation. The scientific and effective corporate governance structure can not only help the agriculture cooperation getting rid of the difficult position of low efficiency and bad management conditions; at the same time , it can also improve the competitiveness of the agriculture cooperation so as to deal with the fierce market competition gradually.We can say fundamentally that corporate governance structure belongs to the management system category of the agriculture cooperation.
