Research The Su Nannong Land System

Not only the change of land-proprietorship but also the different combination of usufruct,contract right,proceeds right based on changeless land-proprietorship can indicate the evolution of land institution, although land-proprietorship is the core of land-property right.Currently,in Southern Jiangsu ,the farmland institution of usufruct apart from proprietorship is changing to proprietorship,usufruct and contract right detached. The new circs in Southern Jinagsu ,such as land stock system,land business in private and so on,indicate the land system is changing stealthily. It request the innovation of academic system and practice.This paper altogether divides into six parts. It related property right theory and institution change theory in farmland institution on the foundation of brief research from domestic and foreign, reviewed the history of Southern Jiangsu farmland institution change, inspected the different stages farmland institution evolution, the institution arrangement and the institution performance,discussed the dynamic factor of farmland system in Southern Jiangsu,discussed Southern Jiangsu province farmland institution change preliminary.
