Build The Core Competitiveness Based On Technological Innovation Of Smes

This paper began with how to improving the core competence of enterprises, especially for the small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou. Then discussed the problems and features of them, and to know the reasons deeply. On the other hand, to know how macroeconomic policy effects ability to innovate of SME.At first, the author introduced the theoretical studies all over the world about building core competence. Basic on the literature review, found out a framework to analyze the whole study. Then analyze the SME ' present conditions in Guizhou. At last, pointed out some feasible advises to building core competence of the small and medium-sized enterprises basing technology innovation. Including SME and the government.The main innovation of this paper is: deeply analyzed the macro and micro- environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou, and factors who effecting the technology innovation of SME, and qualitative analyzed the relationships of technology innovation and building core competence. So that included some feasible measures to improve the core competence of SMEs in Guizhou.
