Science museum is non-profit-making association, It's also an important part of the science and the popularization of science . It is giving publicity to popularization science education, popularizing the science knowledge, commencing the scientific method, carrying on the science spirit and enhancing the scientific and technological development and innovation, promoting the science literacy through it's distinctive exhibition and instruction functions . As one basis hardware and the giving service platform of the modern popularization of the science, it has the unplaced position. Currently the development of the science museum in China is still dropping behind ,the science museum is so depend on the government in construction as well as running, the current behindhand circulating mechanism of the science museum which lead to the lack of fund and fund source singleness has deeply limited the development of the modern science museum in China. In this paper mostly work over how to follow out and fulfill《The people's republic of China's law on the science and the popularization of science》,《The program outline on the action of public science literacy》and so forth related policies,laws,statutes ,to table a proposal of reasonable Fund Circulating mechanism reform , experiment the market-running , solve the bottleneck on fund , quest for new notion for fund Circulating mechanism of the science museum .
