| As a "group leader" for land management,the importance of comprehensive land use planning is increasingly outstanding.With the development of new technical and methods such as computer technology,3S,mathematical model,intelligent algorithms etc,it is neccssary to build a software achieve the automatically run of the maturity models and methods in the comprehensive land-use planning.It can provides a decision support tool for planners and make the planning scientifically and efficiently,The study take county-level comprehensive land use planning for study object,according to its content and decision reqirement,applicate the technology of GIS and DSS,to finish the system analysis and design.Focus on the models of system,the research build three specific models and realies them with MAPGIS6.7 as professional platform and Visual C++6.0 as development tool, and then applicate them in the planning in Qianxi County.The major achievements include:1,A comprehensive land use planning implementation evaluation model is build based on utility function.It achieves the evaluation automately and quantitively,and provides effective technical support for dynamic evaluation.2,A land suitability evaluation model is build based on GIS and fuzzy comprehensive judgement.It greatly enhances the accuracy and efficiency of land suitability evaluation,and supports decision making for basic farmland planning,land use arrangement.3,A land use structure optimization model is build based on multi-objective planning and cellular automata.It overcomes the shortage of land use structure optimization for space arrangement,and provides generating ideas for land use arrangement,land use devision,layout of planning result etc.Result shows that:analysis and design of the system can serve the demand of county-level comprehensive land use planning;the medols can provide scientific decision support.The study has academic value and practical significance for scientifically and efficiently planning. |
