Research On The Construction Of Beautiful Contryside In Qianxi County

Beautiful countryside construction as an important national strategy,play an important role in beautify the rural living environment,promote rural economic growth,urban and rural development.In recent years,the beautiful countryside construction in all parts of the country like a raging fire to carry out,many areas in the beautiful countryside construction process,has accumulated a wealth of experience,these experiences provide very instructive significance on the demonstration to other regions.At the same time,there are some problems need to be analyzed and resolved,in order to achieve the orderly development of the region’s beautiful countryside construction.Carrying out fruitful research on the construction of the beautiful countryside is of great significance to promote the construction process of the beautiful countryside.This paper uses the literature study method and empirical study method.With the aid of public management related theory,combining with working practice,in the perspective of Qianxi County,by means of Santunying Town of Qianxi County rural construction is studied,summarizes Santunying Town typical experience,fanning out from point to area of the analysis of existing problems in the beautiful countryside construction of Qianxi,these problems mainly include model simplification,the key task not prominent,the general lack of construction funds,village-level organization role play was not significant,farmers’ participation is not strong and rural economic development meet the bottleneck problems.And then analyzes the causes of these problems,on the basis of using the experience of Santunying Town,from the focus on scientific planning,strengthening the classified guidance,innovative work mode,actively integrated into the market mechanism,strengthen the learning and training,to lead the demonstration,strengthening the consciousness of democracy,improve the participation,improve the working mechanism,expand the scale of construction,etc,this paper puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures,to improve the county beautiful countryside construction practice.This paper enrich the relevant theories of beautiful countryside construction,provides the theoretical guide and standardize support to solve the problems,analyzes the Qianxi County beautiful countryside construction problems,put forward concrete measures to solve the existing problems,to further promote the construction of Qianxi County beautiful countryside.This paper hopes to optimize beautiful countryside construction practice,and provide a useful reference to effectively solve the "three rural" issue.
