Supply chain management can improve the competitiveness of an enterprise effectively and enable it to face the enormous challenges. In the actual operation of an enterprise, a single vendor is usually unable to meet the needs of all types and numbers of products of enterprises. Especially in the modern operating system, the traditional single-supplier and JIT Procurement model response to the drastic changes in the market has become increasingly slow and passive. In order to ensure the normal operation of enterprises, it is inevitable to purchase from multiple vendors. It also shows that procurement costs percent more than 70% of the total cost in most enterprises. SO, choosing the supplier and distribute the order quantity allocation scientifically and rationally plays an extremely important practical significance. This paper studies the evaluation of vendor selection and procurement quota allocation and the research work begins from the relevant literature. The main research works are as follows:(1)Research on the major models and methods concerned with vendor selection, indicate its application environment, evaluation criteria, theory and methods, solving methods and so on, point out its strengths and weaknesses and the summary.(2)Research on vender selection and order quantity allocation problem under stochastic demand in both single and multi periods, a multi-objective mixed-integer stochastic programming model was constructed.(3)Research some methods for solving the multi-objective mixed-integer stochastic programming model and gave some application examples to testify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods by relevant software.(4) Show the effectiveness of the algorithm through the sensitivity analysis of some parameters.
