In recent years,with the continuous expansion of global economic integration,market competition has become increasingly fierce.In such a large environment,many companies are faced with a common problem,that is,how to find a stable supply and demand side.Today,companies are placing their supply chain management and supplier management in a very important position in order to minimize the adverse impact of suppliers.The reason is that the quality of supply chain management and the choice of suppliers directly affect the operation of the company,so the selection and evaluation of suppliers is particularly important for companies to cultivate core competitiveness.Supply chain management is a core content of modern enterprise management.Its main model is to manage upstream suppliers and downstream customers through a core network of core companies to form a functional network chain that integrates logistics,information flow,and capital flow.The supplier is at the beginning of this network chain and has a very important influence on the operation of the entire system.To a large extent,it determines the final output product price level,service quality,and the ability of core companies to judge market demand.Therefore,long-term scientific and efficient selection of suitable suppliers has become an unavoidable issue for companies.The study of supplier selection methods has more important theoretical and practical significance.This article first reviews a large number of literatures on vendor selection,polygonal fuzzy numbers and fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making methods,and analyzes and summarizes the theories involved,and then finds that the number of obfuscated polylines is higher than that of triangle fuzzy numbers and trapezoids used in the past.Fuzzy numbers are more accurate when characterizing attribute values.Secondly,a fuzzy decision matrix is obtained by merging the attribute values of each supplier by quoting a polygonal fuzzy average operator.Using the tool of polyline fuzzy number,the certain ability index of innovation ability is converted into quantitative index for evaluation.Combined with the theory of multi-attribute decision-making method,the linear transformation and normalization of attribute index are used to obtain a normalized decision matrix.The information entropy is used to determine each attribute weight vector,and a multi-attribute supplier selection model based on polygonal fuzzy numbers is established.Finally,this method is applied to the vendor selection of M company,thus providing a reference for M company to select the best supplier.
