The Scenic Investment Value And Risk Assessment Of A Preliminary Study

Investment of tourist attractions now has been the focus of the tourism investment. However most of the investments appear not so ideal. Improper investments cause great loss to the investors. Insuficient recognition of the value and risks is the main factor which adversely affect the development of the attractions, and the lack of theoretical guidance is the common problem confronting the investors. For these, through analyzing the characteristic of evaluation of tourist attractions,this paper attempts to establish a value and risks evaluation index systerm of tourist attractions investment ,and a Fuzzy comprehensive model,by combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, systematic thinking and comprehensive analysis as well as bibliographical presentation and comparative analysis.The paper introduces the technique route of explicating layer upon layer and spread separately,namely,from the related definitions of tourist attraction investment to the evaluation of the investment value and risks and empirical research.The fruits of this paper are of great theoretical significance and practice. The fomer one lies in providing theoretiacal guidance and reference methods ,and contribution to enriching and perfecting the theoretic and application research of investmen; The latter one lies in proffering the related decision makers, so that they can"get rid of risk"when"make for profit."This paper tries to help to reduce irrational investments , so as to promote the perpetuity and substantial development of the attraction tourism.This paper is composed of 6 chapters. Chapter 1st is an introduction listing the basis for the topic choice, Studying methods, academic contribution and making definitions for some key conceptions concerned. Chapter 2nd draws out a conclusion after a comprehensive study for the relative papers and essays at home and abroad. The 3rd, establishes index evaluations for the investment value and risks of the tourist attractions. The 4th, establishes a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model to give rational evaluations for the investment value and risks of the tourist attraction. The 5th is cases study, using the mentioned model to make Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for the investment value and risks and then draw out the conclusion. The 6th is a conclusion summing up the main results of study and pointing out the problem for further probe.New ideas of this paper lie in: 1. making inductive analysis for the factors of investment value and building up index assessment system for the investment value of the attraction; 2. making inductive analysis for the factors of the investment risks and building up a relative index assessment for the risks; 3. introducing AHP_ Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to quantify the factors of the relative investment value and risks.
