Cas Planning Methods Based On The Strategic Map Of The Information System And Its Application Research

Information system planning provides strategic guidance for enterprise information system implementation. These years, the changes of business environment raise new requirement to the methodology for information system planning. In order to establish the competitive advantage by information system to support corporate business strategy, the information system planning should be developed continuously and should be conducted to increase return of IT investment.This paper puts forward a new information system planning method based on Complex Adaptive System-Information System Planning (CAS-ISP). Firstly, it studies the framework of CAS-ISP and the adjustment mechanism in CAS-ISP process. Secondly, it introduces the strategy maps analysis tool in CAS-ISP.Thirdly it brings forward the point that information system planning should be aligned with enterprise strategy objectives, and the point that Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) could be used to realize the adjustment mechanism. Finally, a case study is carried out on DCH company, with the information system planning solution developed based on the methodology in this paper.This paper provides new solution and tools for the development of CAS-ISP and provides application of ISP method for the enterprise in complex and dynamic business environment.
