As a significant component of food consumption of Chinese residents,fresh produce plays a vital part in the development of agricultural economy.Henan Province is a big province of fresh agricultural products in our country.In recent years,unmarketable sales of agricultural products frequently occur,which brings certain challenges to the fresh agricultural products market in Henan Province.Based on the features of perishable,long-term transportation and storage of fresh produce,the paper builds on the basis of understanding the research dynamics of domestic and foreign fresh produce supply chain and existing related literature,Multi-agent fresh agricultural product supply chain model from the perspective of complex adaptive systems,simulation analysis and optimization,and an adaptive supply chain for fresh agricultural products suitable for agricultural development in Henan Province is proposed.Firstly,this article elaborates the background and research significance of the topic selection,and summarizes and reviews the research status at home and abroad through the relevant literatures of reference and study.This article collates and summarizes the theoretical knowledge of fresh produce,supply chain,complex adaptive systems,and AnyLogic,and lays the foundation for the following supply chain construction and simulation analysis.Secondly,the paper analyzes the development status of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in Henan Province and summarizes the shortages of the four supply chain models such as wholesale market-led,farmer cooperative-led,third-party cold-chain logistics-led,and “Farm-Supermarket Docking”-led.Thirdly,from the perspective of the complex adaptive system,this paper presents the overall concept model of the fresh agricultural product supply chain by analyzing the behaviors of each subject of the fresh produce supply chain and the analysis of supply chain flow.Using multi-agent simulation in AnyLogic,a four-level supply chain simulation model including consumer agent,retailer agent,wholesaler agent,and manufacturer agent was constructed.Finally,using AnyLogic simulation platform to achieve the simulation and optimization of fresh agricultural product supply chain system,further analysis of its operating rules,combined with the status of Henan fresh produce supply chain,put forward the adaptive supply chain of fresh agricultural products.In addition,the countermeasures,suggestions and safeguards for optimizing the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in Henan Province are presented,which provide suggestions for the healthy and rapid development of the fresh produce market in Henan province.
