China's Enterprise Annuity Mode Of Operation Of Optimizing Selection

Under the impact to the global aged tendency of population,all governments are burdened more and more on pension system,a single basis pension provided by government is not able to insure each old person a high level income.As proofed by the experience of the western countries,the robust development of the occupational pension can help a lot to resolve the above problems.It becomes an urgent issue in our country to improve our three-pillar pension system and actively develop occupational pension system.An efficient operational mode is the basis that the occupational pension fund can be running smoothly.The occupational pension market can be expanded rapidly by choosing the appropriate operational mode and the promotion of every institutions or enterprises involved in the market that supervised by regulation department.This dissertation attempts to explain the operational mode of occupational pension,base on the analysis of the different modes that comply with our current law and regulation,in terms of the independence,security,yield,liquidity of the occupational pension,it discuss the characteristic of different operational modes. Meanwhile,it expects to work out the strategy that an enterprise will choose to run their occupational pension by analyzing the relationship between fund manager and fund account manager,fund investment manager,trustee,so it can be a reference for occupational pension.Lastly,combined with the characteristic and current status of different modes,it gives some suggestions on how to perfect the occupational pension running under different modes.
