Destination marketing system (DMS) building could privied new network marketing platform for tourists groups, tourism management departments and tourism enterprises. Its role primarily reflected in: to provide visitors with online services, to provide a basis of reference for the DMS building of tourism management departments, to provide broad and convenient marketing platform for the ourist destination cities and create the overall tourist image, to achieve integration of marketing of tourist destination cities, so as to promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry, create a good economic effects, social benefits and environmental benefits.Basing on the professional knowledge in Industry Cluster, marketing, destination marketing, net marketing, Travel demand and supply,Tourism economic benefits, Tourism E-commerce,Tourism system, Software Development and Database, the author does a tourist destination marketing system Review , has conducted in-depth analysis and evaluation of DMS theory through literature analysis , empirical analysis methods and contrast and compare. Through the research of China's DMS through the case analysis, such as Suzhou Tourism Network and Sanya Tourism Network., has conducted in-depth analysis, shows the basic methods of DMS building. This study show the basic methods of DMS building and build the DMS for Yulin through the perspective of the system development and construction. From the system development and construction of a tourist destination marketing perspective to the basic system building methods, combined with the status of Yulin City, its destination marketing system science building.The main conclusions of this study include:First, This study proposed a DMS's basic characteristics and advantages through the analysis andevaluation of DMS theory .And there are four parts in institutions of DMS——based on the needs oftourists part of the system, based on the needs of business part of the system, based on the needs of government part of the syatem and other needs of the syatem.Second, this study focus on research and analysis from the success case of China's DMSconstruction project——"Sanya Tourism Network," and "Heaven Suzhou tourism network". It alsoprososed the basic ideas of the DMS site construction from interface design, web design, the modular design and so on. At the same time, the author also have a discuss in the three levels of system building (operational mechanism, net marketing and information network construction) and propose appropriate solutions.Last, this study put forward a DMS building should be considered construction of the building conditions, the development of ways and means based on the basic theory of systems development and tourism planning. DMS building, including the investigation and research stage, systems analysis stage, planning and design stage and management stage of a total of five main phases, 14 sub-stage. At the same time, this study has a multi-level survey based on the analysis of the prefectural-levelcity——Yulin and builds Yulin DMS in order to provid help and devolope the tourism industry inYulin..The innovation of this study are as follows:First, based on the tourist destination management, destination marketing, network marketing theory, based on a number of scholars' understanding about DMS and the function of system, this study proposed the basic characteristics, development of advantages and system components.It's the further complement on the theory of DMS.Second,this study breakthrough the approach of a single case study in the research of DMS. From the perspective of building systems.The author does a analysis, particularly the design of the module and In-depth research and analysis.Last,The case study of Yulin DMS building is the bombination of theory and practice.
