Implementation Of The New Enterprise Income Tax Law To Promote Sustainable Regional Economic Development Research

With the growth of the global and regional economy, science and technology developed rapidly, theory of regional economy is going ahead in different countries; meanwhile, the successful samples and experience for sustainable development of regional economy have been obtained in practice. In China, our government has regarded "Realization of coordinated and sustainable development of economy and society" as one of main targets of the development of the trans-century economy and society.The sustainable development of regional economy needs the strong supports from the policies and system, hereby, our government decided to combine the income tax laws of the domestic and foreign enterprise for the future. The issue and enforcement of the Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China provide tax system supporting for the sustainable development for pollution prevention, environment protection, energy consumption reduction, science and technology advancement, society and economy, etc.Based on the economical data of Haidian District of Beijing, this paper, through literature method, integrated data analyses method and chart classification method, is trying to find a new way for sustainable development of regional economy. In the course of completing this paper, the author has collected and coordinated a large number of data and information, analyzed deeply the current characters of Haidian District regional economy, and emphasized the problems on energy consumption reduction, investment and industry structures. Therefore, these papers concluded that Haidian District should take full use of the resources of intelligence and culture, reduce energy consumption, improve investment structures, strengthen the construction of High-tech Park and encouraged high-level culture creation industry in order to keep sustainable development of regional economy.
