economy is the foundation and pillar of regional marine economy,and it is determined by the character of development of marine,and integration development of ocean and land is the inevitable trend and new model.Finally it puts forward the content of regional marine economy.Firstly,the growth of marine economy is the core content and essential condition of sustain development,and should construct
