At present the global spread financial crisis, how to recognize and deal with economic growth and unemployment in the relationship between the deep-seated with its relevance and value of theoretical guidance. In this paper, based on Marxist economics and modern economics of the two major theoretical perspective of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to follow the basic principles of Research methods through the literature from the existing relationship between economic growth and unemployment in the theoretical research and empirical studies, the Regulate the use of research methods into the current of our country to keep the registered urban unemployment rate at a higher level, economic growth and employment growth of non-synchronous nature of our country in recent years after graduation is not the work of unemployed persons in urban areas has been high, the unemployed have significantly level of education of the characteristics of the status and characteristics of unemployment, and put our country in general terms the reasons for the formation of the current unemployment comes down to economic factors and historical factors in two major categories, but also the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods specific to our country from 2003 to 2008 the relationship between economic growth and unemployment in the analysis of research , in view of the results of the analysis, combined with the current world financial crisis, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the Government, which will for a better understanding of the relevant departments to resolve and coordination of China's economic growth and unemployment in this relationship, a certain reference value and practical significance.
