China's Online Banking Risk And Regulation

Recently, the network economy changed the way of our life quickly, and the e-bank influences the transform of the management and security also. Although the e-bank of our country develops very fast, it is still not good enough compared with the developed countries, and has less experience both on technology and management. By comparing with the e-bank of developed countries, this paper analyses the actuality, characteristic and problems. Then combining the risk category and supervise measure prescribed by BCBS, makes an analysis of all kinds of risk of e-bank across-the-board, and advances that we should track the technology development of developed countries and research carefully to avoid risks. At the same time, we should form a supervise system which is able to manage and control the risks from both inside and outside.
