| Since the eightieth of last century, people have reflected the role of HR in the corporation management and the relationship between HRM and strategic management. There has arisen an idea of combination of HR management and the corporation strategic management. SHRM has been firstly appeared and practiced in corporation, which has had an evident effect.The thesis quotes principle from SHRM to university, the purpose is to look for the path and method of raising human resource advantage in university through analyzing the existent problem in university's HRM, attain to raise the competitive advantage in the university in the foundation of SHRM.At the base of other's research, I set out from tiny view, discussed university's HRM with the strategic angle of view.
