Financial Investment In Science And Technology Performance Assessment Study

This paper established VAR models related the grosses and structure of finance technology input to economic growth,patent output and high-tech products export respectively.Cointegration ananlysis,error correction model,granger causality, impulse response function and variance decomposition method are used to evaluated the impact of China's public finance technology input on economic growth,patent output and high-tech products export.The measurement evaluation of the impact of public finance technology input on economic growth indicated that the public finance technology input have obvious promoting effect on economic growth.Thereinto,operating funds and special project funds for S&T affect GDP growth significantly,while capital funds affect GDP growth slightly weak.Meanwhile,it's worth paying attention to that the GDP growth does not promote the growth of public finance technology input obviously.The measurement evaluation of the impact of public finance technology input on patent output indicated that the public finance technology input have obvious promoting effect on the increase of patent output.Thereinto,special project funds for S&T,operating funds and capital funds are the reason for the increase obviously.The measurement evaluation of the impact of public finance technology input on high-tech product exports indicated that the public finance technology input have obvious promoting effect on the increase of high-tech product exports.Thereinto, operating funds is the cause of high-tech products export increase,but special project funds for S&T and capital funds are not the granger causality of the increase of high-tech product exports.Along with our country's continuous development towards the innovative country,the public finance technology input also needs adjustment on it's strength and structure for creating conditions to help technological innovation.
