Aviation is a capital-intensive industry with large input, high overturn and low profit rate. Development of the aviation industry should be backed up by investments both from the state and the whole society. It is necessary to attracting social capital to enhance the competitiveness of the industry. None-state-owned capital entering the industry by share-holding, joint-venture, project cooperation, etc. is beneficial to introduce competition system, is beneficial to improve corporate administration structure, is beneficial to establish the modern corporation system, is beneficial to strengthen the creation and quality of the development.The reform of the property right of the Aviation Industry is gradually developed from wholly owning by central government, joint-venture between central and local government, and finally to introducing none-state-owned capital. We need to analyze the recent status of the operation and management of the industry, to summarize the practice outcome of property right pluralism reform. It is also necessary to draw and apply experiences from developed counties to search more deeply on property right pluralism reform.This theme is aimed to discuss the property right pluralism reform in enterprises of the Aviation Transportation Industry by numeral and case analysis. It also tries to research more strategies to deepen the reform by listing some problems existing in the practice.Chapter One: Introduction to the research background of the theme. Briefs the property right reform of state-owned enterprises and the status-quo of the accelerating development of the Aviation Industry, reviews the property right pluralism reform in the Aviation Transportation Industry, and discusses the need of Aviation Industry development towards property right pluralism reform.Chapter Two: Theory research on property right,property efficiency and property flow to research the theory basis of multi property right reform. List the research result and view of the property right reform of state-owned enterprises; Research the relationship of ownership structure and Principal-agency.Chapter Three: Analyze the existing problems and influences in property right system.Chapter Four: Case analysis of Aviation Transportation Industry. Summarize influence and outcome of multi property right reform in Easter Airline and Hainan Airline. Compare with Southwest Airlines of the United States to probe into the gap.Chapter Five: Discuss on the vision of deepening the property right pluralism reform of Aviation Transportation Industry. According to the situation of property structure,government structure and operational mechanism, to discuss the vision of deepening the property right pluralism reform of Aviation Transportation Industry. Research the mode of property right pluralism reform.
