Studying the effect of financial market in the development of Chinese telecommunications equipment industry is to promote Chinese telecommunications equipment enterprises to enhance the core competence via financial market and make better service for constructing Chinese economy.At the beginning of this paper, in retrospect to the history of telecommunications equipment industry in developed countries', then it investigates the development process and current status of Chinese telecommunications equipment industry according to the analysis approaches on macro environment and industrial chain. And it finds the key elements of competition during developing Chinese telecommunications equipment industry.Further more, it probed into the method of applying financial market to promote and optimize the key elements of competition of Chinese telecommunications equipment industry.
