Specific Investments, Entrepreneurs, Human Capital Formation In Empirical Analysis

On condition of the knowledge economy, it becomes the common knowledge that is to possess knowledge is to possess wealth. The human capital owners, that are in possession of knowledge, are in the more important dominant position in the process of creating wealth. Actually, they become the owners of enterprise surplus residual claim. However, enterpriser human capital that is one of the most important parts in the owners of human capital ,is important to investigate them focus and deeply.The thought of appropriative investment was most early Proposed by Marshall, and entered a stage of rapid development after Comprehensive Explanation of Williamson. Generally, appropriative investment is one of quasi-rent (Aoki, 1984; Williamson, 1985) . Appropriative investment of entrepreneur is the most Activated, which has important Function in the formation of entrepreneur human capital. In our country , the correct understanding of appropriative investment is helpful for the improvement of entrepreneur human capital.In this article, appropriative investment is an important road of entrepreneur human capital. The entrepreneur makes human capital improved by the appropriative investment. Through appropriative investment , the resource of enterprisers human capital into the process of production to come true the development of enterprise .The loses of appropriative investment can cause the reduces of entrepreneur human capital.This article analyses the appropriative investment's influence to entrepreneur human capital in the foundation of appropriative investment. That enables the entrepreneur to realize its own investment is not the senseless cost, and it may effective help entrepreneur promote own ability, then creates a bigger profit for the enterprise. This article carries on the data acquisition to many company's entrepreneurs in Shenzhen , and has further adopted the empirical study to the correlated variable. Data analysis method includes factorial analysis,relevant analysis,regression analysis, and so on.The measuring scale is mainly made up of three parts: background material of the enterprise and participant, the entrepreneur human capital and the appropriative investment. This article analyses the appropriative investment from the investment of appropriative knowledge,the learn by doing,the enterprise trains and investment of the government opportunity. The entrepreneur human capital divides into the strategic ability, the managed capacity, relational ability and the innovational ability. The analysis of relevance also joins entrepreneur characteristics and level of effort. There are five chapters in this paper: introduction, literature review, research model design and empirical research design, questionnaire statistics analysis, conclusion and future research direction.Based on the results of empirical analysis, this essay gives following conclusions:First, what the appropriative investment brings the greatest income is the entrepreneur managed capacity promotion, the appropriative knowledge, learn by doing and the enterprise trains to have the strong correlate dependence; The appropriative knowledge and the governmental opportunity have the positive role to entrepreneur's relational ability; The appropriative knowledge has remarkable influence to entrepreneur strategy ability; The enterprise trains t has the correlate dependence withinnovational ability.Second, entrepreneur's sex doesn't have the remarkable correlate dependence withentrepreneur's human capital. Entrepreneur's level has the remarkable influence with the entrepreneur human capital.According to the results of empirical analysis, the fifth chapter gives corresponding policy proposals for promoting the appropriative investment, and hopes that can have certain instruction function to the reality.
