Study On The Formatiom Of The Entrepreneur Tacit Human Capital

Beacause of the important role of the entrepreneur human capital playing in the process of the development of the enterprise and society, the entrepreneur human capital is always paid a great attention by the Management and the Economics.On the basis of the studies lots of researchers have done,this paper studied the formation of the entrepreneurs human capital,from the perspective of dominant human capital and tacit human capital.Firstly, we made a brief introduction of the literature about the entrepreneurs, entrepreneur human capital, tacit human capital and entrepreneur tacit human capital, and commented on them. In this part, we pointed out the background and importance of the research.Secondly, we analysed the formation of the entrepreneur tacit human capital on a rationale. According to the "three-dimensional structure" version, we divided the entrepreneur tacit human capital into two parts, which of them are entrepreneur dominant human capital and entrepreneur tacit human capital. The entrepreneur dominant human capital is mainly related to the entrepreneur intellectual human capital, while entrepreneur tacit human capital contains entrepreneur emotional human capital and entrepreneur social human capital. Education, practical experience, institution, market situation, culture, relative network and the character of the entrepreneurs influence both of them respectively. Also, we made a factor analysis on the formation of the entrepreneur tacit human capital, and built an intergenerational transmission model about the family entrepreneur tacit human capital, in which we analysed how these factors impact on the formation of the entrepreneur tacit human capital.Thirdly, we put forward some cases to account for the theoretical research we have made in the former part. Through a plenty of cases, we discovered entrepreneurs in different years have different shaping paths and features during the process of the formation of the entrepreneur tacit human capital. Especially, we discussed the formation of the entrepreneur human capital in family business at home and abroad, which indicated that the entrepreneur in family business have unique advantage in the formation of the entrepreneur tacit human capital.At last, the paper drew a conclusion, pointed out the innovation and research place left for the next phase.
