The Cultural Impact Studies Of Entrepreneur Human Capital Formation

Cuture is an importan part of social life.In the practical life, Cuture takes an important role and uncountable influence in almost every circle of our economy and societ.Samely, Cuture also has important influence on the form of human capital.However,this is dropped out of the study or forgiven because its diffculty.This paper put cuture into the form of human capital,which is on the basis of the result of cuture in the before.On the base of fine discripition of cuture and with the help of cuture model of Gerte Hofstate,I have discribed the nature of cuture,on which what influence have happened.with the help of many papers,I find what nature of cuture, Entrepreneur and Entrepreneur—Human Capital,by way of systemlitic,quantilitic and case-study,I find many important and intersting relationship among them.This paper contains six parts.First chapter is the introduction of the paper,in which introducted the paper's purpose,backgroud,meanings,study methord,study and the potential innvonation or faults.Second chapteris the others'study,in which I have recalled many reserchers ' papers and results,and discribeed theirs study purpos,results and meanings,and so on.On this base,I find my paper's meanings also.Third part and fourth part are my paper's most important one.In the Third chapter, I find many important and intersting relationship between or among the nature of cuture,the Entrepreneur and the Entrepreneur—Human CapitalIn the fourth chapter,I find many ways in order to impove the Human Capital of Entrepreneur,which is on the base of Third chapter work.In the fifth chapter,I have discribe an important Entrepreneur and a company,in which we can see how cuture is important and what is its role in the formanation of Entrepreneur—Human CapitalThe last one is the results and further problems.On the base of all papers,I have got many important results.
