Current employees more concerned about his personal career growth, pay attention to feelings and personal values embodied, tend to flow and strong sense of independent thinking. It brings new challenges to human resources management and development. As a result, it is necessary to take specific measures to maintain a more long-term, harmonious employment relationship. The change in management thinking, is to care, analysis and guide the expectations of employees, and establish a common development of new partnerships.This study is not limited to theoretical research level, but more guidance to reflect the practice of operation. Based on the real estate industry as a subject of investigation, the study use document analysis, interviews, surveys and statistical analysis method, to verify the practical management experience and perspective of expectations of staff. On the basis of the previous theories and research results, this study absorbs more human resources experiences, raises system model of the expectations management. This study details the platform, course measures and the main responsibility, and tries to look forward to building staff management system and methods of work. At the same time, this study combines the features of the life cycle of employees and job growth characteristics, analyzes and sums up the features and content of the expectations of employees in various stages, and proposes measures targeting the wrong analysis of the current knowledge and practices .It have very good meaning of the practice.The result of this study was carried out in the BL's experiments, and get good results. This shows that it is effective and practical way to improve the stability of the employment relationship.This study also has its own obvious shortcomings, such as the research industry there is only one, not enough study sample size and the model is more applicable to the developed businesses. The difference between interpretation processes on expectations, this study did not conduct in-depth discussion.
