The aim of this paper is to compare the effect of finance reform in China and India, and analyze qualitatively on the finance competition deductive from the reform above, so as to demonstrate the prospect about the cooperation between these two countries ultimately. Firstly, the article makes a qualitative analysis on the effect of finance reform in China and India, by analyzing contrastively the reform on finance strategies, finance organizations and finance market in the two countries mentioned above, and it maintains that it is the effect brought by the finance reform and development in the two countries that promotes the increase in scale and the enhancement in efficiency of finance business, it increase the output of this industry directly, and promotes the development of the other industries indirectly as well, by this way, it multiplies the output of the whole country. Secondly, it makes another contrastive research on the finance competition in China and India through constructing an indicator system about finance competition, employing factor analysis and other mathematical statistics methods. So, it argues that....Finally, it makes a feasible analysis on the financial cooperation between China and India aiming at improving finance competition of each other, and it considers that although the difference on finance development between China and India exists, in the one hand, similar national condition, broad mutual interest and same common challenge build a strong base for reinforcing cooperation of these two countries; in the other hand, different development way, different economic structure and reform mode creates capacious room for these two countries in learning from each other, therefore, the finance cooperation of them shall be a win-win situation.
