| Agro-political finance is one of the important components in agricultural financial system, and agricultural development plays an important role in the national economy. From macroeconomic perspective, the agricultural development constitutes the foundation of our socioeconomic development. Without agricultural development, there will no overall development of the whole national economy. Particularly in our country that is endowed with vast of land and 80 percent of population living in rural areas, the dev elopment of agro-political finance will be of important support for agricultural development.So far, the task we are facing is how to reform our agro-political financial system in order for it to better serve for agricultural development. This thesis deeply analyzes agricultural development, agricultural financial system and its evolvements and contributions for agricultural development in Japan after WWII. Some experiences and practices in developing Japan's agro-political financial system can be very references for us. We need to conduct a multi-dimensional reform to our existing agro-political financial system so as to make it more adapting to rural development in the new situation. |
