With rapid development of economic,the high-speed of the information technology, strict requirements of the consumers,etc promoting the significant and far-reaching changes of the internal organization of the business model and relationship between business and business.While the profit is becoming more and more difficult to seek,the enterprises need to consider that how to keep sustained profits in the dynamic and competitive environment. Value network whose construction is flatter,mode of operation is more flexible and partners have mutual trust and cooperation,so it is an inevitable option to choose value network to obtain the competitive advantage in the uncertain business environment.Because value network is a new model,the present research only contains concept, model and competitive advantage,etc,and does not involve the path of value network and mechanism to obtain competitive advantage.In this paper,I study the path and mechanism to receive the competitive advantage of the value network in the basic of comprehending the concepts,studying the substantial literature carefully,using the case analysis.The content as follows:First of all,I define the concepts of value network and the enterprise of value network based on summarizing the concepts.In order to get a better understanding of the value networks and enterprise of the value network,this article distinguishes between the value network and general network,The unique competitive advantage of the value network is an important reason for the new models,domestic and foreign scholars studied the competitive advantage of the value network from different angles.Secondly,In the premise of analyzing the conditions of the enterprises access to the competitive advantage,I analyses the effectiveness and different points of the ways to get the competitive advantage,and think that the virtual business and strategic alliance can be all-round displayed of the value network's competitive advantage.From this,I build the model of the path to gain the competitive advantage:Third,I separately introduce the models of strategic alliances and virtual business,key factor to obtain competitive advantage,mechanisms,etc.;Finally,as the introduction to Airbus Industries and Li&Fung,knowing the operation to acquire the competitive advantage by the strategic alliances and virtual business from the practice.Based on the author's research,we can draw the following conclusions:the value network is the business model to adapt the dynamic competitive environment,also the cooperative network of customer-centered based the collaborative cooperation and trust-based.It will link the suppliers,competitors,businesses and customers to integrate the different aspects of the value chain through the digital information;By analysis of endogenous and exogenous,I think the value network's source of competitive advantage is the knowledge and ability's integrated and synergized,the virtual business and strategic alliances is its path to obtain competitive advantage.Virtual network and strategic alliances reflect the network's competitive respectively from the number of core enterprises.Although the mechanisms that receive the competitive advantage are different,the time of co-operation, the members of the network,the relationship among the network members,the completeness of the organization structure and so on.
