Assets Of China's Listed Companies Structure Influencing Factors And Their Optimization

Assets structure ultimately expresses the proportion of all types'enterprise assets in the total assets, and the various types assets mutual ration relationship. Because of unreasonable distribution of resources, the problem of the listed companies'reinvestment loses the balance of assets structure and the inefficiency of assets becomes more and more serious.At present, scholars study the structure of the assets concentrating on the qualitative research of the assets structural optimization of, the results of empirical research is very little.On the quantitative study, the study only concentrate on optimization of the structure of assets in industry-specific.The concern between the relationship of asset structure and the performance of companies is growing, although not comprehensive, there has been some research results.Well, what factors impact the asset structures? How to carry out the optimal structure of assets? There is few articles study on this question. So this research about the relation between assets structure and the impact factors will be great significance.This article study based on the Shenzhen-Shanghai stock exchanges'5637 listed corporations of non-finance profession from 2002 to 2006. The article divides the assets into income assets, preserve and increase assets and expenditure assets. Affecting factors use the capital structure, the largest shareholding ratio, market efficiency, profitability, proportion of state-owned shares, firm size and industry to measure. Use the SPSS statistical software for empirical analysis, establish multi-dimensional regression model of assets structure and impact factors, analysis and argue the research hypothesis, study the real impact of factors, find the problems in the asset structure of listed companies, try to carry out asset management proposals.
