As the21st century comes, human resource, rather than cash or fix assets, is the more valuable assets and the main power for economic development. A sthe carrier of experience and knowledge, human resource is the real drive of economic. For businesses, innovation has become the most important feature of corporate profit growth, companies succeed in this fierce competition, we must be innovative, so as to maintain a competitive advantage. The value management of creative talent becomes a new topic for companies.In this paper, the value of the current hot topic in business management innovative human capital as the starting point, combined with the value assigned to the status of human resources at home and abroad to discuss business management, by reviewing past studies on innovative human capital appreciation, mostly concentrated in the definition, the motivation, evaluation and characteristics,rather than from the perspective of the value chain Michael· Porter analogy starting to build the research literature value chain model that based on innovative human capital.Because of the lack of theoretical research, we choose a combination of the value chain model to actual business, for example the value of human capital for innovation management system and in-depth research.In this article,we have explicitly select the specification detailed analysis which shows that the problem of social background and relevant theoretical significance and practical significance firstly.Then we have introduced the concept of innovative human capital and appropriate levels of detail introduced the innovative concept of human capital, through review of relevant research at home and abroad of human capital value chain a rough introduction, which was found by comparing the domestic and foreign research on human capital, innovation, evaluation, creation, assigned four aspects were summarized and classified.On the one hand,we have researched from the value of the product value, Michael· Porter’s value chain theory, the value of human capital, product value and the value of human capital formation process of contact, human capital appreciation of the value chain and so on.These six other aspects of human capital value of a comprehensive innovation introduced and laid the theoretical foundation of this article.On the other hand, human capital value chain model analysis to construct an analog value chain model of innovative human capital. Finally, we have introduced the most important thing of this article that in Hainan Fifth Construction Company Case Study, for example, from the selection of the enterprise data sources and samples to practice using the factor score major evaluation,assessment to determine the weights, specific and detailed description of the relevant measure method, the final results of the empirical analysis to summarize the results of the analysis, research and innovation as a relevant human capital value was expected.As conclusion, the purpose of the research is to help company to understand the process of creative HR assets value chain. In the way, company could better discover, stimulate and promote the use of creative HR assets to produce more value. On the other hand, this would also help creative HR assets realize the value in company management.
