Empirical Analysis On Salt Chemical Project Feasibility Study In Yulin

The feasibility study to investment project is a basic job during the investment process of fixed assets. And its conclusion offers an important basis for investment decisions. In the light of that energy chemical bases are vigorously developing in Yulin, this paper sums up scientific and reasonable feasibility study methods, which are of practical significance and practical value for the government and businesses.This paper has comprehensively and systemically analyzed and proved the feasibility study to salt chemical project, combining with engineering example, based on the knowledge of strategic management, geography economy and engineering economy.In this paper, through the analysis to the necessity of project construction and market, the domestic and international market demands for the product have been summed up and the need to refined salt in Shanxi province has been studied. By the study analysis to technology, equipment, program solutions of the project, we arrive at a conclusion that the project with low impact level to environment and meeting the requirements of environmental protection. Meanwhile, it has explained the characteristics of the technical economy evaluation to the salt chemical project and has summarized the methods and indicators of technical economy evaluation. Through analyzing financial and economic evaluation from project profitability, liquidity risk-resisting ability, it has come to the conclusion that this project with strong liquidity, high profitability level and strong risk-resisting ability. After the completion of the project, it will further improve the industrial structure of Yulin energy chemical engineering base, enlarging the space of resource appreciation. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote the local economic development in Yulin and accelerate the pace of the people's poverty in old area. Through the analysis to feasibility study of the project example, this paper provides reference for the feasibility study of similar projects.
