In this article we analyzed the out-environment and the situation of the Megasun Corporation and made a conclusion that a corporation must be reformed when its out-environment changed .We introduced the theories about the corporation innovation. We pointed out faults in the Corporation's organization and operation process. We confirmed that the innovation must reform its organization and reinvent its operation process. We advised the innovation should focus on the facets as follows: reduce the similar working procedure, work in a team, change the operation process from vertical to horizontal, introduce market link into the operation process. Then we formulated the innovation. It is as follows: standing out the main operation, reforming the organization, innovating the task process, innovating the administration process. Finally we gave advices about the result of the innovation had been doing.
