The aim of project investment is to obtain economic benefits, but naturally, that investment comes alongside the risks. Therefore, the project feasibility analysis has been viewed as an effective method for investors to balance the two extremes. Project feasibility analysis, through long-run research from different countries all over the world, has become an all-around scientific measure combining other research fruits to secure the optimal benefits of project construction, and has been regarded as the efficient method to analyze the investment. The analysis-targeting the planned technique and project-is to fully estimate the project feasibility and reach the best decision through the calculation of investment return and feasibility beforehand. Project feasibility analysis and estimation is very much a part of consultation for modem projects, which happens before the putting the project into practice. Project feasibility analysis is an important basic work for the construction management. Project feasibility analysis is a scientific way to avoid or reduce mistakes of decision-making, and obtain the optimal profits. Project feasibility analysis is an inevitable and important process for project pilot preparation.In the wake of industrial civilization, the out-of-control consumption of natural resources by human activities has resulted in the huge emission of pollutants, the rapid drying out of natural resources and destruction of ecological environment. Disaster resulting from energy crisis, environmental pollution, water shortage, warming climate, and desertification directly threatens human existence and further development. Making harmonious development of human and natural resources into reality has become a global consensus. Consider that China is in the position of an industrial period; it is a wise and practical alternative to absorb advanced experiences overseas, adopt first-class techniques, refit current production process and equipment, recycle and use natural resources efficiently. The invention of a highly efficient dust-catching power device not only improves the effect of dust catching and reduces the cost of investment, but also solves the technique dilemma by fulfilling the lack of matched high-voltage electrical device and lowering the requirements for high-insulated noumenon material. Most importantly, the invention shows a perfect way to research and develop a dust-catching power device featuring high-efficiency, energy-saving, lower consumption and high performance price ratio. This article finally arrives at a feasible conclusion and offers a scientific basis for investment decision-maker, through all-range investigation and analysis of the dust-catching power equipment, including market demand, construction scale, production process, labor, investment, and sales. The investigation and analysis adopts the theories of project management, economics and management, and take into account of techniques, market, finance, etc. The SWOT analysis method has been used for reference in research of market and construction scale. The principle of practical technique has been adopted in production process, company structure, and labor amount. As for the analysis in project investment and sales, the economic and technique analysis has been taken into effect for relative data calculation after the producing capacity has been estimated in advance. Project finance-profit analysis covers main static and dynamic indices. In the risk analysis, a suitable solution has been listed after estimating and concluding the risks through combined experts' experiments.
