Organizational culture,personal-organization fit,which are important variables affecting the behavior and attitude of staff,play a strong role to forecast the effectiveness of the management.Based ont the view of the difference of ownership, this paper explores the content,impact factors and the effectiveness of the organizational culture,individuals-organizations fit through quantitative analysis. The article also deeply analyzes the assumption test,and puts forward the practical significance of the conclusion and research limitations about this article.The main conclusions of the article are as follows:1.Different forms of ownership is different from corporate culture.There are strongly conventional,approval and competitive cultural norms in State-owned enterprises, traditional and conventional culture in private enterprises,and more constructive culture in foreign-funded enterprises.2.The higher of constructive culture norms,the higher of staff satisfaction and organizational commitment.3.Personal-organization fit is a multi-dimensional complex concept,and the core of personal-organization fit is value fit.4.Self-efficacy-individual level variable and organization support-organizational level variable affect the degree of personal-organization fit.5.The higher the individual-organization fit,the higher satisfaction and organizational commitment.6.Ownership is a moderator between the relationship people-organization fit and satisfaction,organizational commitment.Overall,the strongest moderator effect is foreign enterprise,the weakest state-owned enterprises.7.Self-efficacy is a weak moderator between overall fit and adjustment will.
